With technology matching and connecting, we have brought a new revolution to the food delivery industry for the elderly in Taiwan. We were born to solve the problem of food and clothing for the elders, and to match and connect the manpower of the units serving the elders in various places.
However, the problems of food delivery for the elderly in various places are as follows:
送餐人力不足
因政策補助過低、長期不重視送餐到府人力訓練，導致疫情發生時，原本人力不足情形加劇。
送餐關懷使用紙本、通話作業，提升人力管理成本，降低效率，並提升作業難度，致使服務量能無法擴大。
Outdated management tools
供餐單位過少
社區、基金會等供餐單位雖有食堂供餐，但因政策限制，導致無法天天營業且時常虧損。
