We are "Silver Gate Delivery for the Elder". In 2020, we have put forward a sustainable plan for delivering meals for the elderly in a Zec Zec crowdfunding platform. And cooperate with local elder canteens, senior citizens' home and elder friendly restaurants; They provide healthy meals for the elders, and we have delivered these meals to the elders who are inconvenient to cook by their selves or walk out to have suitable meals.

However, while we delivering meals for elders, we found that the running funds of our cooperating elderly canteens and community are mostly unable to make ends meet . Even with government subsidies, they are still far from enough.
The canteen need to bear the cost of providing meals. Not only the labor cost, but also the cost of ingredients also account for the majority. In particular, leafy vegetables account for 40% of the cost of ingredients in the canteen.
While we providing meals delivery service for elders , We met some local farmers who want to share their vegetables to join society charity. And also, a group of public want to join the society charity together and support pesticide-free vegetables, but don't know how to do.
This is why we initiated 『From Farm to Elders' Table Project』!
To help the elderly canteen enable to provide stable meals, reduce costs, and cooperate with local farmers in Taiwan, bring more social influence, and work together to create more love and care to this society.
